Requirements: To have the Devil's Horn, it does not need to be in use though.
Effect: Tyran forms two fireballs in his hands before throwing them at the enemy. If one hits the enemy gets burned for 5HP a turn, 2 10HP per turn for a max of 3 turns.
Damage: 30
History: Before his friend betrayed him, Tyran had a dream that the boy was standing in front of his house with something glowing in his hands. Each night the dream would get longer and longer and the glow would get larger until it became visible.... A fireball, then the boy threw it on the night when the house caught on fire. It was only until after he killed the boy did he remember that dream. It took him 3 months to imitate it.
